That tensions are getting high among stakeholders ahead of 2016 elections -which is only few hours away is truly an understatement. Not just among politicians, entertainers too have joined in the business of political attacks and counter attacks ahead of the much anticipated election.

Singer turned politician Diamond Appiah, has taken a swipe at fellow singer Mzbel and President Mahama in her latest rant on Instagram. The singer who recently declared her unflinching support for the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Addo, rained insults on Mzbel for speaking ill of the NPP Flagbearer.
Singer Mzbel who is a staunch celebrity loyalist of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has been in the news of recent, following her harsh criticisms of Nana Addo ahead of the elections. The actress in a video interview, stated hat the NPP leader is not a president material. Mzbel was also heard saying among other things, that Nana Addo who has been defeated twice, is definitely going for his 3rd defeat this year.

Her remarks however, did not go down well with Diamond Appiah who is a strong supporter of the NPP flagbearer. Reacting to the hate remarks, Diamond Appiah slams Mzbel in a social media post, calling her a prostitute among other things. She described Mzbel as an adulterous porn star, who is trying to disrespect Nana Addo.
She also accused President Mahama of being a cheat with many children outside his marriage to First Lady Lordina Mahama. Among other things, Diamond Appiah also accused Mzbel of desperately looking for money from the NDC, to pay her bills.
