Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson and her Heels and Sneakers cast clearly showed their admiration for budding Ghanaian duo, ‘INK’ when they sang along to their new single ‘Nakupenda’, which simply means ‘I love you’ in Swahili.
Made up of Iyke and Kay, INK begun on the ticket of TV3’s Mentor VII, followed by an appearance on Viasat 1’s Bornstarz II and a participation in the MTN Hitmaker III talent show.
The two talented young men have also made appearances with live performances at the birthday bash of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II; Citi FM’s MOGO Awards and were backing vocalists on Sarkodie’s Mary album.
Yvonne and her cast of young talented actors and actress seemed to be clearly having fun when INK gave them a live feel of their new single ‘Nakupenda’.
“Heels & Sneakers” is a drama series that unlike all the other series on TV encompasses every aspect of society.
The show follows the lives of students on campus and out of campus, relationships, fears, challenges and most of all peer pressure, which makes it more fashionable and youthful than the other shows which are quite monotonous.
