Information reaching AccraReport.com indicate that the Ghana Police Service has begun investigations into revelations by Starr News’ Wilberforce Asare that some doctors at the Police Hospital are signing off rape report without screening victims.
Asare who spent weeks investigating the scandalous act uncovered that all one needs to begin a rape charge against an individual is to pay GHC150 to a doctor at the police facility for the report to be signed off.
The Starr court correspondent procured two separate rape reports just after paying the fee.
The development means that one can be arrested and hit with charges on basis of the money-induced report.
