As an annual ritual, Mr. Isaac Tetteh, Managing Director of TT Brothers Limited, distributors of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Ghana, on Easter Monday demonstrated his love and passion by putting smiles on faces of kids at the Tema SOS Village.
For 13 years running, Mr. Isaac Tetteh, has been giving cash and kind support to this orphanage.
Uncle T, as he’s affectionately called organised party for the kids, serving them variety of mouth-watering dishes and drinks. Melodious music was also provided for the dancing feet of each and every child. The children were also treated to lots of games including musical chairs, arm wrestling and dancing competition where winners were awarded.
Uncle T also presented 30 bags of rice,30 cartons of assorted drinks, 4 cartons of cooking oil at a total cost of GH₵20,000.00 to the orphanage.
According to him, his passion to donate and put smiles on faces of these kids continuously during the past 13 years with support from his partners abroad was born out of pity to touch lives which gives him joy.
Receiving the items on behalf of the orphanage, Madam Comfort Sogloly, SOS mothers representative expressed gratitude to Isaac Tetteh and his partner or the kind gesture. She also invoked God’s blessings upon them declaring “may he lift you up and grant you your heart desires”.
The Tema SOS Village Director, Isaac Kojo Ackon in an interview thanked TT Brothers Limited for putting smiles on faces of the kids once again.
“It is not only the gifts and the party that he organises for these children that give them hope but we often get a lot of high profile personalities coming over and it inspires our children so much…Some of them come and share experiences with the children and more or less become like role models to our children and it’s wonderful for them,” he added.
