Oil marketing companies are adopting some new strategies to satisfy customers as the deregulation exercise intensifies competition.
While some are adding new services to satisfy customers, others are modifying their fuel Stations.
Total Ghana has been transforming its fuel stations across the country to better serve its customers.
The company attributed its recent rebranding to the Oil Marketing Company of the Year accolade it received at the Ghana Oil and Gas Award.
Also it has introduced a new promotion to reward customers who have remained loyal to it during the year.
“Every day, about 100,000 customers visit our stations and are confident in our products and services. It is something… we need to reward them for! Thus, the ‘Total Wo Adze Oye,’” the Managing Director of Total Petroleum Ghana Limited, Olivier Van Parys told the media at the launch of the promotion.
He added: “The ‘Total Wo Adze Oye’ promotion officially starts today [Wednesday] with lots of awesome prizes to be won. The grand prizes include 2 brand new Mitsubishi ASX, a return trip to Gabon for the CAN with all expenses paid for four people, two new Suzuki Motorbikes, GHC 6,000 worth of fuel and many others.
“The promotion will run under the supervision of the National Lottery Authority and covers our principal products – fuels. It will also cut across all our service stations nationwide.”
