Management of Ghanaian hip-life act, Tinny, is offering a 1,500-dollar reward to anyone with information that could lead to the retrieval of valuable items, including pictures and videos which could devastate the artiste if leaked.
The items which were contained in a brown GUCCI duffle bag, were stolen when the artiste’s car was broken into last Friday while he was at a studio recording his upcoming album.
The stolen bag contained the Ga rapper’s laptop, external hard drive and an undisclosed amount of foreign currency, as well as what is being said to be ‘improper videos and photos’ of the artiste.
The laptop has both his personal and professional information while the external hard drive has most of Tinny’s unreleased videos and songs.
It is expected to derail Tinny’s plans to stage a big comeback to the music industry which he once dominated with hit tracks.
His manager, Nii Kweitey Quaynor, described the loss of the items as a “big blow” to the artiste, noting the stolen bag has the rapper’s most priceless items as far as his musical career is concerned.
“Please report to the nearest police station with any leads. The duffle bag is a brown GUCCI bag with two straps. The external drive contains almost all of Tinny’s music catalogue and music videos,” he said
Asked if there were any ‘improper’ videos or pictures storage devices, Nii Kweitey was elusive, saying the camp is working hard to retrieve the missing items because it would be devastating to the artiste’s brand if the items were leaked.
Tinny has been releasing a series of rap bangers and is poised to drop his full album in the coming months.
