Danger looms at Essuohyia in the Central region as some NPP youth threaten to attack the defeated NDC MP and his supporters for allegedly shooting three supporters of the NPP in the area.
The three people were allegedly shot at Essuohyia in the Ekumfi district of the central region Saturday.
The victims were found unconcious at a nearby bush at Essuohyia.
They included the younger brother of the newly elected Member of Parliament for the area Francis Kingsley Ato Cudjoe.
The MP-elect has accused the defeated NDC candidate and outgoing MP for the area Ato Cudjoe of being behind the attacks.
He has therefore appealed to the police to call the MP to order or risk sparking reprisal attacks in the area.
He told Starr News’ Kwaku Baah-Acheamfuor the NPP in the area will not allow themselves to be taken for granted.
Meanwhile, the accused MP has denied culpability in the shooting incident.
The police have also moved in to curb a possible blood bath as the NPP youth are massing up in search of the defeated MP and his supporters.
