A special edition of Live Praise, the Morning Gospel Show on Live FM will be held this Sunday, March 5.
Dubbed Ghana 60 Years On, it will see exciting discussions about the various events scheduled to celebrate Ghana’s independence, and will be anchored by host Micheal Sagoe.
Make a date with Sagoe, his producer Kingsford Sagoe and guests on Live 91.9 FM this Sunday between 4 and 7am for a special edition of the show.
The innate desire of Pastor Micheal Sagoe to impact knowledge and influence the lives of young people were the major factors that helped him decide to share the word of God on LIVE 91.9 FM, a radio station that targets mainly young people.
He tells livefmghana.com, he is inspired to reach out to a section of the target audience of the station who do not believe in the need to “toe the line of faith.”
“The fact that a section of the youth, Live FM target audience may not toe the line of faith or given to gospel gives me the exact ground to pursue my passion which is imparting knowledge and influencing their lives,” explains Sagoe.
“I really love to present on Live FM due to the youthful brand of the station and its target market.”
His career on radio started as a regular Panelist on Exposition, a Sunday evening bible discussion show on Radio Universe 105.7 FM in 2009.
He joined Media Ghana Limited-owned Live FM as a co-host of Live In His Worship, a Sunday morning Christian show between 2013 and 2015.
Sagoe also works as a Senior Accountant for Live FM and its sister station, Kasapa 102.3 FM.
He was ordained as a Pastor in 2009, and is the Resident Pastor of Jesus Anointing Power & Prayer Ministry, Kasoa Amanfrom Branch.
Sagoe lets livefmghana.com in on the secret on how he is able to come tops in his career despite a very tight schedule.
“Taking lots of strength in the Scripture that says we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. I effectively manage my professional duties, radio work and ministry in general by effectively managing time. Imparting knowledge and influencing lives has been my passion all these years. I, however owe everything to God’s Grace.”
A product of University of Ghana Business School, he graduated with First Class Honors in Accounting, and is a Chartered Account with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA).
Sagoe worked as a Teaching Assistant for Accounting& Auditing in University of Ghana Business School.
His first professional work was with Taylor, Folson & Associates as an Audit Officer in 2011, and then as a Management Accountant with Media Ghana Limited, the former owners of Live FM between 2012 and 2015.
