Senegalese troops have entered The Gambia to back Adama Barrow as president as former leader Yahya Jammeh refuses to stand down.
The troops have been on the border of the country since Wednesday, January 19.
This action comes after the United Nations gave approval to the ECOWAS on its actions in the West African country.
Real estate mogul Adama Barrow was few hours ago sworn in as President of The Gambia at the Gambian embassy in Senegal capital, Dakar.
