The second round of Special Voting across the country came on Sunday to allow people, mostly security personnel, who could not cast their vote in the first round on Thursday, the opportunity to exercise their franchise.
Sunday’s exercise, which was occasioned by the issue of missing names on the special voting list Thursday, saw some personnel being unable to vote because their names were again not found in the voters’ list.
