Today, Ghanaians will have every reason to smile! Proudly named after Ghana’s first President, the once simple roundabout – the Kwame Nkrumah Circle- which was one of the hotbeds of traffic jams in the capital city, is now transformed to give commuters traffic-free experience.
A recreational water park that beams spectacular automated water and light displays around a giant statue of Dr Kwame Nkrumah, has become the masterpiece of the now Kwame Nkrumah Interchange, which will be commissioned this evening by President John Mahama.
Ahead of the commissioning, social media have been awashed with images of the new interchange that is set to make driving experience a refreshing one for commuters.
Already, the spanking new Kwame Nkrumah ‘Circle’ Interchange has wowed many Ghanaians some of who have likened the place to tourist site in Dubai and Moscow.
