Leaders of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) on Tuesday evening engaged in hot exchanges at the premises of TV3, leading to the firing of gunshots.
One group of ‘executives’ was invited for News @10 but all of a sudden a rival group stormed the premises of the television station to prevent the invited executives from holding themselves as leaders of the Union.
The hot exchanges resulted in the firing of gunshots.
But for the timely intervention of police officers stationed at the Flagstaff House, the disagreement would have turned bloody.
