Member of Parliament for Suhum constituency Hon Frederick Opare Ansah is alleging some members of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) are planning to kidnap him before the December 7 general elections.
He claimed the Municipal Chief Executive for the area at a meeting on Saturday November 26, 2016 together with others planned this and other diabolical agenda against him at his residence.
Hon Opare Ansah revealed this whiles addressing NPP supporters at Suhum in the Eastern region after a Health walk.
He noted that, the ruling party is desperate to win the December 7 polls at all cost thus is ready to shed innocent blood to clinch on to power.
The Suhum MP among other things alleged that, the NDC led by the MCE for Suhum planned among other things to capture him before polls to enable them unleashed violence on supporters of the NPP to deter them from coming out to vote.
“They see me as a threat so if they kidnap me before December 7 to put fear in NPP supporters so they don’t come to vote” he stated.
The former Minority Chief whip indicated that, the NDC also intend to transfer the Suhum Police Commander by next week and replace him with the Crime Officer, DSP Daniel Dzasni as Acting Commander to champion their cause.
But Hon Opare Ansah said they are not perturbed by the communist inferior tactics of the NDC because “we will face them squarely”.
