The Presidential nominee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo stormed the Korley Clottey Constituency on Thursday afternoon to campaign for the 2016 elections.
Nana Addo held a mini-rally with Executives and membership of the Ghana National Association of Garages at Odawna in the company of the Parliamentary nominee of the constituency, Philip Addison and the former Minister of Regional Co-operation and NEPAD, Dr Kofi Konadu Apraku.
Mr Addison in his address told the teeming crowd that an NPP government if voted into power will ensure that the area no longer experiences floods during heavy rains.
He told the gathering that floods only started occurring in the area as a result of bad sanitation policies that were implemented by the National Democratic Congress goverment after 2012.
Nana Addo also promised to create more jobs with his “One District, One Factory” policy which he said will bring development across the country.
