The Progressive People’s Party (PPP) says President John Dramani Mahama is an epitome of hypocrisy.
According to the Party, the president’s claim of having constructed several major roads in the country are not factual and is aimed at deceiving electorates into voting for a ‘promiser’ instead of a doer.
The party in a statement on its Facebook timeline noted Ghanaians need to probe the fuel financier behind Mahama’s continuous travel in a helicopter instead of using the ‘supposed’ constructed roads.
‘Hypocrisy is when President Mahama goes round preaching about the biggest road infrastructure he has built in the history of Ghana and yet he continues to fly in a helicopter to campaign at Kwame Danso, Kenyase, Boinso, Jema, Tumu, Bawku, Chereponi, Gwollu etc. What happened to all the good roads constructed with all the huge sums of money? Who is fueling the helicopter? Is it the NDC or government of Ghana? We have a lot of respect for Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom because he travels across the length and breadth of this country by road and creates opportunities in every district. 2016 election shall surely be a battle between 2 promisers and a doer’. The statement said.
