The list of Chairmen and Ranking Members of the standing and select committees that will operate in the 7th Parliament has been revealed.
The number of members per committee will range from 18 to 25 for the 17 committees in all.
Parliament had appointed a 20-member committee to act as the emergency committee of selection, for the 7th parliament of the 4th Republic.
The mandate of emergency committee of selection was to compose the various standing and select committees of Parliament, so that the work of committees in the House could begin.
