Supporters of Kotoko and Hearts will have a big feast on March 5, 2017 when the two rival clubs clash in an epic match at the Accra Sports Stadium as part of activities marking Ghana’s 60th Independence Anniversary.
Kotoko and Hearts have had such engagements in the past, with the recent one being in the President Cup – played on July 1, 2016.
Kotoko won that encounter and the fabulous lads plus their fans will be glad to have another taste of victory if the Ghana at 60 match comes off as planned.
Accra Representative and Premier League Board (PLB) member, Thomas Boakye Agyeman disclosed this to Asantekotokosc saying that, Management has been contacted for the historic clash.
It will be the first Super Clash in 2017 and it will come weeks before the 2016/17 Premier League, match day eight fixture between the two sworn rivals at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The match will as well mark the Porcupines’ first visit to the capital for a game in the New Year, under the new Management and Croatian coach, Zdravko Logarusic.
