Kuukua Korsah, a graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), has been crowned Miss Malaika Ghana 2015. Kuukua beat nine other beautiful contestants to win the 2015 edition of the pageant.
18-year-old Martha Daniels and 21-year-old student of KNUST, Nana Antwiwaa Nuamah, came first and second runner ups respectively.
Aside making it to the last 5, 19-year-old Kumang Lugu-zuri won two special awards on the night. She picked the Miss Photogenic and Miss Congeniality awards. Miss Talent went to Nana Antwiwaa Nuamah.
Winner of MTN Hitmaker 4, Kidi, opened the show with a performance that introduced the 10 contestants. There were performances from the reigning Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year, Stonebwoy, Eazzy and Dancehall female act, MzVee.
The contestants were judged by the Executive Director of Charterhouse, Theresa Ayaode, former Miss Malaika contestant Gwen, actor John Dumelo, model Victoria Michaels and sports broadcaster Nathaniel Attoh.
Ms. Kuukua Korsah takes over the covetous crown from Miss Malaika Ghana 2014 winner Ms. Eirene Binabiba. This brings to a successful end, another search for a new Miss Malaika Ghana queen which began in July this year.
Miss Malaika Ghana 2015 beauty pageant was a GhOne Entertainment TV production and powered by Charterhouse. The MCs were Naa Ashorkor and Berla Mundi.
