The Judicial Service Staff Association of Ghana (JUSAG) has given government up till Friday, October 21 to put paid to their grievances, other than that they will withdraw their services.
The latest threat comes on the back of recent assurances by government that their demands for better service conditions will be addressed.
This was after they had embarked on an 11-day strike.
But the Association claims government has relaxed again as the conclusions reached on their service conditions are yet to be implemented.
“JUSAG has pursued this legitimate claim over the past two years, and are still waiting for definite words to the numerous assurances and the delayed implementation of claims,” the Association said in a statement on Thursday, October 13.
It added that it “shall be compelled to withdraw services if nothing is heard on or before Friday 21st October, 2016”.
It demanded written assurances from government that their consolidated salaries will be paid in January, 2017.
