New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nasara coordinator in the East Ayawaso constituency, Sheikh Awal Larry, has alleged that the acting General Secretary of NPP, John Boadu, is a thief and a fraudster who shouldn’t be taken serious by Ghanaians.
Speaking on Ahotor 92.3fm political show “Adwenpo” with Kwabena Bobie Ansah. he said he has been making these allegations since 2008 but John Boadu has not been able to come out to diffuse his allegations, because, Mr. Boadu knows his allegation holds true.
In a separate chat with GhanaPoliticsonline.com, the Chairman said he and John Boadu used to be good friends until John Boadu lied about a 2 billion saga in 2008.
He disclosed that in 2008, they went to Legon for a program; unfortunately, some NDC thugs rushed on them.
According to him, he could not have ran away and leave John Boadu in the lurch so he managed to help John Boadu escape without anyone touching him; whiles he received the blows from the hooligans.
He said after the incidence, John Boadu then went to report that the NDC thugs who attacked them stole 2 billion from them.
“I can say in confidence that no money was stolen when the thugs rushed on us! I was the one who received the blows because I was trying to save John Boadu. He managed to escape safely so he lied to the party that 2 million got missing in the process of the incidence. He’s a thief” Mr. Larry alleged strongly.
