Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko player, Ntow Gyan, has declared his intension to assist Frimpong Manso to succeed in his new role as manager of the Porcupine Warriors.
He said the appointment of Frimpong Manso was a good one hence his resolve to assist him whenever necessary
“Its good Frimpong Manso has been appointed. I am ready to help him… I am prepared today if management calls me, I will pack my belongings unto my motorcycle and set off to Kumasi,” he told Accra-based Onua FM.
The former Wa All Stars trainer said the dismissal of Zdravko Logarusic by management of the club last Sunday did not come as a surprise considering the fact that the fans were unhappy with his performance
According to Gyan, the Asantehene Otumfuor Osei Tutu II has told Kotoko management that he is tired of seeing several league trophies and would rather want the club to focus on winning African trophies.
Ntow Gyan played with Coach Kwesi Appiah, Coach Maxwell Konadu and others at Kotoko.
