Flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) is still appealing to the electorate to give him a chance to transform Ghana.
According to Nana Akufo-Addo, he is not going to disappoint Ghanaians should they vote massively for him the December 7 general elections.
“I’m never going to disappoint you; we are going to do what we have to do to bring prosperity and progress to our country” he told a mammoth crowd at the Trade Fair Centre during the NPP manifesto launch.
The NPP leader, who is seeking power for the third time said the battle to the presidency is not between them and the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), rather is between the suffering masses who are disappointed in the Mahama-led government.
Nana Akufo-Addo maintained that, the NPP the only party capable of rescuing Ghana thus preventing Mahama from winning another four years term should be the goal for every Ghanaian.
He also promised their commitment for a violent free elections before, during and after the elections.
“We are looking for the peace and stability of Ghana so it is not the NPP that is going to be the source of any upheavals” he promised.
However, Nana Akufo-Addo said they will we will continue to agitate for a fair, free and transparent elections.
