Dr Edward Mahama says the policy decision was borne out of the deficit of good thinking habit among the Ghanaian leadership and youth.
He said the economic condition of the country which was caused by the “mismanagement” of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) and attitude of some Ghanaian youth point to the lack of right thinking.
The subject, he said would focus on teaching Ghanaian children about the resources the country has as well as how these resources could be harnessed for the benefit of the whole country.
The PNC leader made these comments when he took his turn at the state broadcaster, Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC)’s Presidential Encounter, Thursday.
