Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho, says he is prepared to face Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Martey squarely following his retirement as Presby Moderator.
He said the man of God has turned himself into NPP spokesperson and making blanket statements implicating government appointees that they do not pay tax; and the tax he pays is embezzled simply because he hates NDC.
“I am happy that now the he is going on pension and would take off his clerical attire to do NPP politics; it makes the work easier for me so when I’m dealing with him, I will deal with him as political opponent and not as Moderator of the Presbyterian Church,” Koku remarked.
The NDC deputy scribe made the comments on Atinka FM’s AM Drive on Wednesday with Ekuorba Gyasi.
The comments follow the revelation by the Moderator that two NDC MP’s attempted to bribe him with $100,000, a V8 vehicle and a house at Trassaco Valley.
Anyidoho has strongly challenged Prof Martey to give evidence and proof of his allegations by naming the two NDC MPs he talked about.
