Naaba Abdulai, brother of Collins Dauda, Minister of Local Government, who ahead of the elections threatened to kill any supporter of the New Patriotic Party who tries to attack supporters of the ruling NDC government, has said he’s praying that Hon. Ken Agyepong is made a Minister in Akufo Addo’s government so he can find a job for him.
According to him, he’ll come all the way from the Brong Ahafo Region to Accra to apologize to Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Hon. Ken Agyepong for his usavoury comments against him.
Naaba Abdulai made a shocking revelation weeks to the December 7 elections that he and some unnamed persons kill people every day.
He vowed to deal ruthlessly with MP who he claimed threatened to unleash the NPP’s invisible forces on him on election day at Asutifi South in the Brong Ahafo Region, boasting that he (Naaba) is more experienced in killing people hence he will not sit down for anybody to threaten him.
Speaking to a local radio station, he said: “I Naaba, I’m a fearless person, NPP are now trying to learn how to shoot guns, but some of us have handled guns for more than 20 years now. How can you compare yourself to me.
Kennedy Agyepong is just bragging, if he dare steps here on election day, he’ll be arrested and beaten mercilessly. If he comes here and threaten to kill anyone, I swear we’ll finish him first.
He should go and teach people how to shoot in his constituency…as for us, we kill people every day. If they are ready, we are ready too. My life is dear to me, I’ll not allow anyone to threaten me.”
Shocked by Naaba’s brazen comment, the host reminded him that the police could arrest him, but the former retorted:“it doesn’t matter, what will become of my arrest.”
But speaking to Kasapa News on Thursday, Naaba Abdulai asked for forgiveness saying his unfortunate comments were empty threats as he’s not known to be a violent person.
“It was just a political talk, I was led by the devil to make those utterances. Once the elections are over we should all come together and support the new government to develope Ghana. As for Kennedy Agyepong, he’s my big brother, I don’t need to call him on phone to apologize, I’ll come down to Accra to see him face to face and apologize to him. I’m praying that Nana Akufo Addo makes him a minister so that he finds a job for me to do. I’ll worship him and worship the newly elected President as well.
