Vice President Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur has warned that government would deal with anyone who will try to disrupt the peace of the nation, before, during and after the 7 December general elections.
He said the various security services were alert and would deal with any person inciting or causing violence, regardless of the political affiliation of the culprit.
He has, therefore, urged all NDC supporters to eschew violence and use their thumbs to vote and retain President John Mahama in the polls.
Mr Amissah-Arthur said this on Wednesday 23 November when he paid a courtesy call on the chief of Odupong Ofaakor in the Awutu Senya East constituency, Naa Ayi Odupong Awoshi Tetteh II, to begin his four-day campaign tour of the Central Region.
The chief of Odupong Ofaakor, Naa Ayi Odupong Awoshi Tetteh II, endorsed the second term bid of President John Dramani Mahama.
He commended the president for the various developmental projects in the Kasoa area.
