The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) has expressed confidence in the Black Stars, ahead of their World Cup qualifier match with the Pharaohs of Egypt.
In a message to the team, Alexander Mould, Acting CEO of GNPC said: “As you engage the Pharaohs today, we urge you as Stars to soar high above any mountains that they pose to you. “You have beaten them well before and we are confident that you can do it again, even while playing them in their home country, Egypt. “We ask you to stay focused, think victory, and deliver just that at the end of your 90 minutes with the Pharaohs.
They must not stop you from participating in the next World Cup tournament. “We are trusting you as a dependable partner, to lift high the flag of Ghana. “Rise high to the skies where you belong as Stars!”
