The surprise took place during a special birthday party to celebrate the First Lady on the occasion of her 66th birthday.
The party had the first gentleman on the land, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, together with some top officials of his government all in attendance.
The president came around during the presentation by the Girl Talk team led by award-winning actress Nana Ama McBrown to show appreciation to Girl Talk for the gesture.
The team which had Leah Brown, the reigning Miss Malaika Queen, Larley Lartey and Naa Angerley both from Palm Media organiser of Girl Talk, presented her with a special cake from Oriental Ghana and boxes of Vitamilk from our Girl Talk Birthday hangout sponsor.
Mrs Rebecca Akufo Addo was happy and thanked Girl Talk and Vitamilk for the pleasant surprise.
