The Ghana Armed Forces has announced that it has resumed with the recruitment of its officers which was put on hold for undisclosed reasons.
In a release issued and signed by its Director of Public Affairs Director Colonel E. Aggrey-Quashie he revealed that the process will begin on Tuesday March 21, 2017.
“The Ghana Armed Forces wishes to inform the general public and especially the shortlisted potential officer cadets potential Recruits of the 2016/2017 exercise, that the processes that were put on hold shall resume with effect from Tuesday 21st March, 2017.
All shortlisted potential officer cadets who participated in the Aptitude Test are to assemble at Burma Hall at 0900 hrs on Tuesday 21st March, 2017 for direction on the continuation of the Enlistment Process.
On the recruitment ,the exercise is being extended for additional candidates to apply .In this regard, a new recruitment exercise will be advertised in April,2017.Meanwhile all shortlisted potential recruits including those who were undergoing medical examination are to assemble at Burma camp at 1100hrs on Tuesday, 21st March,2017 for briefing on the extension of the exercise.
Any inconvenience caused by the temporary suspension of the Enlistment and Recruitment processes is deeply regretted”
