The Christ Embassy Church at Nungua in Accra will come alive on October 9 when one of Ghana’s multi-award winning gospel artistes, Emmanuel Benjamin, popular known as Eben, mounts the stage of this year’s Shouts of Victory to revere God.
Eben, a gloriously anointed music minister and protégé of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, is expected to dish out some of his afro rock tunes during the three-day Shouts of Victory 2016, which begins from October 7 through to October 9, 2016.
Shouts of Victory is an annual programme by the Christ Embassy Church at Nungua with the objective of praising and winning souls for Christ, while helping the youth to develop their talents.
This year’s event kick-starts with a teen show at which people from Christ Embassy churches across the country will come together to minister the word of God through music, choreography and poetry among other acts. A team of experts will be at hand to help them to shape their talents.
On the second day, the event will shift into full gear with a Christian carnival of 12 groups performing under different themes that will set the stage for the crowning of the event on Sunday, October 9. Eben will be at the carnival to entertain and minister to the gathering.
The organisers say the Sunday event, dubbed Eben Live in Concert, will be super as the musician leads a pack of great singers within the Christ Embassy Church to worship and praise God in an electrifying atmosphere that is expected to open the Heavens from the forecourt of the Christ Embassy Church at Nungua.
Communications officer of Shouts of Victory, Pastor Juliana Forester Akintola, told 3News the event promises to be fun-filled and a life changing for all. Persons wishing to participate are expected to go to www.shoutsofvictory.org to reserve a seat for free.
The Christ Embassy Church at Nungua where the event will take place is located opposite the Maritime University, off the Junction Mall road.
