Fire fighters are battling a fire outbreak at the Cedi House in Accra Thursday.
Eye witness Godfred Bokpin told Joy News, somke can be seen coming out of the building as the fire broke out on the first floor of the government building.
Occupants of the building have moved out as the fire service personnel try to overcome the blaze.
