An Accra Circuit Court presided over by Abena Oppong Argine Doku has acquitted and discharged Queenie Akuffo on the charge of having unnatural canal knowledge of a 22-year-old Janet Amankwah.
The court also acquitted and discharged her on the charge of indecent assault.
Queenie last year was arraigned before the court on the charge of inserting artificial man’s organ into the genital of Janet after drugging her.
Delivering her judgement Wednesday, judge Doku said all the evidences adduced before her throughout the trial points to the fact that the two ladies sexual encounter was “by consent” and that she is compelled to acquit and discharge Queenie.
