The items which included two sets of desk top computers and a multitasking Canon printer were to support the Information, Communication and Technology centre at the school.
According to him, the gesture was in fulfillment of a promise he made to his alma mater during its 60th anniversary celebrations.
He added that it was also his appreciation to the school for helping to become what he is today.
During the school’s 60th anniversary, I promised to support the ICT
centre after a request was made to me by the school authorities,” he recounted. He asked pupils of the school to study very well and be obedient to their parents and teachers.
Receiving the items on behalf of the school, the head teacher of the
school, Mrs. Bertha Ahiabu Yekple thanked Mr. Lamptey for donation.
“I’m stunned with the donation and hope that others will do same to aid
in our work,” she said.
