Black Stars coach Avram Grant has named his 23-man squad for the crucial 2018 World Cup qualifier against the Pharaohs of Egypt.
That match is scheduled to be played at the Borg El-Arab Stadium in Alexandria on Sunday, November 13.
Grant has handed debut call-ups to two players – Alhassan Wakaso of Rio Ave in Portugal and Andy Yiadom of English Championship side Barnsley.
Deputy Black Stars captain Andre Dede Ayew returns to the squad after a three-month injury lay-off with Captain Asamoah Gyan left out.
The Stars are expected to open their pre-match camp in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) this weekend.
All call-up players are, however, expected to join the team by Monday.
The team will train in the UAE until they depart for Egypt on Friday, November 11.
Ghana is second in Group E after drawing goalless with Uganda in the first group qualifier in Tamale.
Egypt, on the other hand, lead the group with two-point margin, having beaten Congo 2-0 away.
