Head Pastor of the Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC) and a senior fore bearer of the charismatic faith in Kumasi Rev Ransford Obeng has stated that any candidate who creates jobs for Ghanaians is assured of his vote.
According to the respected clergyman, his livelihood as a man of God depends on the wellbeing of his congregants.
“In fact one of the things is that, I always tell people I live by what you know, it’s a simple policy I have adopted.
I tell people that it is through the offerings of members of the church that they pay me and I live.
So I tell every political leader that if you give jobs to my people, they will give more offering and my pay will increase. So any political leader who will not give jobs to my people who will not create jobs and people are suffering and they can’t give offering I’m not for you full stop,” he said.
Speaking to journalists ahead of the visitation of Rev Eastwood Anaba who is expected in Kumasi from this Friday the 10 to Sunday the 12 of September, Rev Obeng underscored the significance of job creation to national development as a whole .
