A rather fascinating way of expressing their discontent following President Akufo-Addo’s presentation of the State of the Nation Address, members of the Minority in Parliament have appealed to Former President John Mahama in a “self-composed song” to come to the rescue of Ghanaians as it appears President Akufo-Addo is tired already adding that the current President is unable to handle the pressure that comes with leading a nation.
Singing in unison their composed version of Kofi Kinaata’s “confessions”, members of the Minority called on Ex-President Mahama to “help steer the country’s wheels” as it appears it is too much for President Akufo-Addo who is already tired spending almost two months in office.
Members of the Minority side in Parliament today held a press briefing to present what appears to be their version of the true State of the Nation. This follows President Akufo-Addo’s delivery of his maiden State of the Nation Address Tuesday February 21.
According to them, the President’s maiden SONA was an unfair representation of the actual state of affairs as left by the NDC government. To them, the address only highlighted the dents in the economy.
Watch the Minority in Parliament sing their version of “Confessions” for President Akufo-Addo.
