The New Patriotic Party (NPP) members in the Assin central constituency have organized what they call “Donald Trump keep fit” to celebrate the American politician for his victory recorded in the just ended US election.
Thousands of party sympathizers walked on the principal street of Assin Fosu to demonstrate their readiness for change in the coming election.
The Assin Central Constituency Chairman, Kwasi Kodie in an interview with Adom News’ Alfred Amoh said victory of Trump proves it the era of the oldies to change the world.
He cited the victory of Mr. Alhasani Watara of Ivory Coast, Mahamudu Buhari of Nigeria and Donald Trump of USA as a clear attestation that world leadership is currently for matured people.
Based on this backdrop, Mr. Kodie is convinced the NPP presidential candidate, Nana Addo will surely replicate the same thing in Ghana in the coming December 7 polls.
