NPP Communications team member, Nana Boakye has called on the Police Service to arrest the brother of Collins Dauda, Naaba Abdulai for making some threatening comments on radio.
Naaba Abdulai, speaking in an interview with Agyenkwa FM threatened to deal with NPP’s Kennedy Agyapong for threatening his life.
He stated that he has more experience in killing people and so will not allow himself to be threatened by the NPP guru.
“Who is Kennedy Agyapong to threaten me with death? I am not afraid of anybody . . .should he dare come here, we will beat and burn him up . . . threatening to kill me? I will kill him first. We kill people every day and so if they are ready we are also ready. My life is important and so I will not sit down for anybody to threaten me,” he said.
He further noted that he doesn’t care if the Police arrests him or not.
There appears little is being done by the Police to apprehend him.
This is why Nana Boakye is calling on the Inspector General of Police (IGP), John Kudalor to instruct his men to ensure that Naaba Abdulai is brought to book.
Nana Boakye told host Kwami Sefa Kayi on Peace FM’s ‘Kokrokoo’ that Collins Dauda’s junior brother deserves to be investigated.
He therefore challenged the IGP to do due diligence to the issue saying “this is a challenge to you. That if indeed you meant those words that you recently told some cameramen and media practitioners, you need to arrest this man by now, in fact today. Some of us, if we don’t see anything, we’re going to petition the IGP and if he doesn’t do anything about it; we will know it’s intentional.
“If you want us to have confidence in you, if you want us to trust you that you’ll indeed do your work appropriately; Abdulai Naaba says he kills people every day. He knows how to shoot a gun and he will continue to kill people. Why is he still walking freely? This is mind boggling.”
