Controversial serial caller of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Frank Appiah popularly called ‘Appiah Stadium’ has made a startling revelation about how the former Communications Director at the Presidency, Koku Anyidoho took advantage of the ill health of the late President John Evans Atta Mills to sign fraudulent documents.
A livid Appiah Stadium threatened to expose the details of the shoddy deals if Mr Anyidoho dares him.
He wondered why Koku Anyidoho would work against the former President John Dramani Mahama’s bid to lead the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in 2020 elections.
His comments come on the back of NDC’s Member of Parliament (MP) for Yunyoo constituency, Joseph Naabu who has chastised the former President John Dramani Mahama of being the cause of the party’s defeat in 2016 elections saying he is not the best bet for the party in 2020.
Speaking on this in an interview with Kasapa News’ Akwasi Nsiah, Appiah Stadium alleged that, this is a plot by Koku Anyidoho, First Vice Chairperson of NDC Anita Desooso, Joseph Naabu and other party officials who want to block the second chance of Mr Mahama.
He expressed his readiness to help them make the party unpopular if that is the decision they have taken.
He suggested to the party to blame former President Jerry John Rawlings and his wife Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings of causing the party’s defeat in the 2016 elections.
‘I know they want to destroy Mahama’s political career, and I am ready to help them in that regard. If they want Nana Addo to rule forever by kicking against moves by John Mahama to contest again, they will be in trouble, we will not allow their plot to work. If Koku Anyidoho dares me, I expose the fraudulent deals he signed when late Atta Mills was sick, he took advantage of the situation and stole money from the country. If they dare to disgrace Mahama by not allowing him to contest, we will expose their shoddy deals. They should help Mahama to win the 2020 elections, else they will smell our wrath.
They should continue to blame John Mahama for the party’s loss. If they refuse to help Mahama to win the 2020 elections, the vital information I will disclose will blow people’s minds. There is no problem at all if Koku Anyidoho says he loves late Atta Mills but doesn’t love Mahama, Mahama also has loved ones. We are all watching them, they should watch their ways not to put the party in jeopardy,’ he said.
