Pastor in charge of the church, Adams Essilfie who confirmed the incident to Adom News’s Kafui Justice said, the deceased tried to steal the cable outside the church building Friday afternoon when the unfortunate incident happened.
He said the church had closed but returned Friday night for an all night session only to find the man dead with an electrical cable around his neck and hands.
He said the unidentified man took advantage of their absence at the time to cut a cable outside the church connected to some houses but unknown to him there was power at the other end which caused his electrocution.
