Radio presenter, Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey Santana, at the weekend inspired Ghanaian youth at the just-ended SSBW conference held at Airport West Hotel in Accra.
Speaking on the theme: “Successful Business Startups,” Mr. Santana took his listeners through his successful career in the media industry and his personnel business.
The success story of Mr. Santana inspired many Ghanaians who participated in the event.
He explained that “before one can achieve a successful business or setup a business there’re “FIVE Ms” one needs before starting.”
He mentioned the Five Ms as, money, management, manpower material, and marketing.
He added: “most people who want to start businesses normally look at their fellow colleagues trading in a different trade, meanwhile they’ve to find out if their businesses run smoothly or not before engaging in such business.”
He advised the participants to work with time in everything they do.
