Former D. C. United striker Ernest Boateng bagged a hat trick for Vision FC in their 3-0 win over Agbozome Weavers in Zone III of the Division One League.
Boateng, who turns 17 in June, was ruthless in front of goal and displayed like a fox in the box.
His first goal was registered in the 40th minute when he headed in Yamoah’s in-swinger.
The lanky forward tapped in Prince Ofori’s low cross to double the lead on 56 minutes.
In the 67th minute, Boateng ensured his superior aerial ability counted when he proded home another Yamoah cross from the left side of attack.
Boateng started playing as a midfielder but was converted to lead the lines because of his natural knack for scoring goals.
