The victorious U13 side of Lizzy Sports Complex have arrived home in Ghana after their win over Real Madrid U13 to win the Dubai International Cup in Dubai.
The triumphant side arrived in Ghana at exactly 10:30am on Sunday morning and was greeted with a massive crowd of journalists and parents of the kids at the Kotoka International Airport.
The young side made Ghana proud by beating the likes of Barcelona and Juventus on their way to the final to win the championship.
They beat the U13 side of Spanish giants Real Madrid in the final clash to win the coveted trophy.
This great achievement followed a similar feat chalked her in Ghana after they emerged winners of the Ghana version of the Dubai International Cup.
The side had previously won several trophies including the Gothia Cup in 2015, 2016 and 2017 as well as the
2014 Milo U13 Africa Cup and the Norway Cup in 2016.
