Liberty Professionals striker, Latif Blessing has disclosed that the Ghana Premier League is not all that competitive as the GFA president sees it.
Latif Blessing has not had a smooth run in the second round likewise the first round, with injury sustained causing him to miss the “Scientific-Soccer-Lads” last three games.
The diminutive attacker has revealed that the morale in the second round of the league season is not like the first, Blessing told Kumasi based Radio station Ashh FM.
“If the Ghana Football Association President says the league is attractive, fine, that is his opinion.
“We are playing the league and someone may say there is no sponsorship but we are playing to entertain people”.
“We will say the first round was tough, with more joy, but has not seen in the second round and morale feelings are no more there.
“We don’t know the reasons but let’s hope for the best so far as the league has not ended”.
“Even if you look at this year’s league the local players cannot go to the Black Stars, so we have not reach there”.
Liberty Professionals will travel to Nana Ameyaw Park to play the 13th placed team Techiman City Football Club this weekend.
