Tema Youth coach Edward Odoom had a lot of stick for his players in their 1-1 draw with Medeama.
According to Odoom, his players were too pedestrian against the Tarkwa-based side.
Youth took an early lead in the 8th minute through Michael Kporvi but switched off and allowed Medeama to equalize in the second half through substitute Benjamin Bature.
“I think today my boys didn’t. play well at all. In fact, the didn’t play according to plan,” Odoom said at the post-match conference.
“We had a plan. we came with three strikers. We knew Medeama will attack from the flanks so we could stop them from attacking but we couldn’t and that was bad.”
