Aduana Stars owner Osagyefo Oseadeyo Nana Agyemang Badu II has promised to give each member of the playing body $2,000 should they overcome Libyan side Al Tahaddy in the first game of the preliminary round this year’s CAF Champions League competition, according to media report.
The Fire Boys will be the sole representative of Ghana in this year’s CAF Champions League after winning the Premier League last season.
According to media reports, the club’s bankroller has promised to reward each player $2,000 should they manage to eliminate their opponents.
The Dormaa-based side will play as guests to Libyan side Al Tahaddy on Saturday, February 10, in Egypt due to the shaky political situation in Libya.
