The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak has debunked rumours that Mr. Vincent Sowah Odotei Ag. Managing Director and Coach Sergio Traguil have been sacked.
It has been rumoured that Mr. Sowah Odotei and first team head Coach, Sergio, have been sacked by the club.
In a release signed by the communications manager of Accra Hearts of Oak, Kwame Opare Addo, states that the two are still at post despite the rumours of their sacking by some media houses and on social media platforms.
“The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Limited would want to inform the general sporting public that the club’s Acting General Director, Mr. Vincent Sowah Odotei and Coach Sergio Daniel have not been sacked as being reported by the media and on social media platforms, (Ghanafootball.com and purported by leaks on Asempa FM).”
The club is, therefore, appealing to its followers to disregard the reports since they carry no truth.
“The two are still at post and have not been sacked by the Board as rumoured.”
“All Phobians are hereby reminded to remain calm as the team is focused on the last four games of the season,” as noted.
The club is further urging the fans to remain faithful to the club as this is seen as diversionary tactics by some individuals.
“Management believes that this is a calculated attempt by some individuals to divert the attention of the club’s quest to fight for the league title and therefore appealing to all Phobians to disregard them.”
