Danish trainer and scout Tommy Moller Nielsen has been contacted by the new Asante Kotoko administration to take over as head coach, GHANASoccernet.com can reveal.
The former Rangers FC first team coach is expected in the country next week to sign his contract.
The 55-year-old was in Kumasi last year on the invitation of one of the club’s major financiers Dr. Kwaku Frimpong.
There were reports he held talks and penned a two-year pre contract.
He was appointed a Manchester United scout for the Scandinavian region.
