The Marketing Supervisor for NASCO Electronics Adiza Ibrahim has fumed over the court injunction placed on the Ghana Premier League, claiming that it could affect their brand.
The 2017/18 Ghana Premier League which was scheduled to take off on Friday February 9, has been halted until further notice after Great Olympics served the Ghana Football Association a court injunction letter on Monday in protest of Bechem United fielding an unqualified against them last term.
And according to Adiza, his company are disappointed at the Ghana FA for not been able to resolve their issues with Great Olympics leading to the court injunction on the Ghana Premier League commencement.
“As first time sponsors, we were excited to share our new packages and brands with football patrons. Out of the blue we were told the launch has been called off. I’m not happy and it’s not good for my brand,” Adiza told SVTV Africa.
“We will keep our packages a secret till the Premier League board and Ghana Football Association communicate with us.”
