Assistant coach of the Black Stars, Maxwell Konadu has yelled for massive support ahead of the country’s world cup qualifier against Uganda.
Ghana will welcome Uganda to the Tamale Sports Stadium on October 7 to battle for a place in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Avram Grant and his team will be hoping to start on a good note after the misunderstanding that happened before the Rwanda clash and after the Russia friendly match in Moscow.
Meanwhile, Maxwell Konadu has called for support ahead of the testing hurdle.
“I think this is the time we need the support of the whole country, in our previous games you can see the attendance was not the best,” he told TV3.
“We want the fans to come in their numbers and support the team to victory. This is an important game for all Ghanaians.”
The Black Stars are chasing a fourth successive World Cup berth.
